These are hands down the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever made and as of right now are my go to chocolate chip cookies. The only change I made was adding pecans.

The Wandering Goose opened up just after I left Seattle right in my old neighborhood. Evan and I took a trip to Seattle in 2017 and stopped in for one of The Wandering Goose’s breakfast sandwiches. We ate breakfast twice there on that trip and bought cookies for the ferry to the San Juan’s.
